In the past few weeks there has been such a overload of emotions management in my conversations, I wonder how many people actually understand what it is. Most common cliche about emotional people:
Being emotional is being weak
Emotional people cant take tough business decisions
Emotional people are sensitive
So I decided to put together a theory of my own. Its called “Managing with empathy”. Its based on a line I read somewhere “Repression of emotion isn’t the goal, management is.”
